MGR centenary: HC orders to remove illegal banners

Hours before the Tamil Nadu government’s MGR centenary celebrations is scheduled to begin Chennai, the Madras high court on Sunday directed the authorities to remove all the unauthorised banners erected across the city and ensure penal action against the violators.
