DVAC checks bank lockers of Edappadi's close aide

Sleuths from the directorate of vigilance and anti-corruption (DVAC) on Monday opened and checked the bank lockers belonging to close confidante of former chief minister Edappadi K Palniswami and chairman of the Tamil Nadu State Apex Cooperative Bank R Elangovan and his four friends in the district as part of the investigation into the disproportionate assets case.
