The government order issued on Friday mandating a Tamil exam in order to qualify for all government jobs in the state is the beginning of a reformation, finance minister Palanivel Thiaga Rajan said. The government is working to usher in robust change in the ecosystem of recruitment boards in Tamil Nadu, he added.
