Students struggle as ITI classrooms flooded

Students taking painting courses at the Government Industrial Training Institute in Ambattur have not had designated study space for nearly two months as their classrooms have remained flooded from the rain since Cyclone Nivar. They have been cramming into other available rooms, corridors or open ground to learn.
