85 test Covid +ve in Chennai hotel, ban on events

Greater Chennai Corporation has ordered ITC Grand Chola to not hold banquets, events and gatherings after 85 people, including employees and guests, tested positive for Covid-19 in the last 15 days. Civic authorities have advised saturation testing of all employees, guests and residents at the hotel. This is the second cluster reported in the city after IIT-Madras earlier this month.
