It’s car-o-bar ahoy for tipplers in Chennai

More than half the youngsters in Chennai who drink outside their homes do so in cars, carparks and on beaches as they can’t afford bars and pubs, says a recent survey. They also complain that they often don’t get their favourite tipple unlike in other cities.
