I-T case: Court says no to pleas of Karti, wife

A special court for cases against MPs and MLAs in Chennai on Tuesday dismissed Sivaganga MP Karti Chidambaram’s plea to discharge him and his wife from prosecution initiated by the income tax department for alleged non-disclosure of income to the tune of over Rs 7 crore.
