Chennai skies to be partly cloudy in mornings

With temperature in several regions of Tamil Nadu crossing 40 degrees Celsius or inching closer to it, weathermen on Sunday forecast that the condition would continue to be the same for the next 48 hours and dry weather would prevail over the state.
